The automobiles are currently most likely powered by tractor engines.   (Shout out to the lagomorph's BR-549)

Have a friend who has visited many times (part of "humanitarian mission" playing softball -- old guys playing against the former Cuban allstars) who relates that it is as bad as anyone claims. He brings suitcases of gifts, clothes, meat(!), and dollars.   Leaves everything including the suitcases. 

Because it is a paradise there.

I had an in-law from there. He lost everything when The Revolution™ took over his business. He remained steamed about it for decades until his demise.

Paradise lost.

The jackalope met an escapee from Cuba at State Convention of Texazistan. His family was awarded land by Queen Isabella after Columbus’ visit. They too lost everything and their mother took in ironing to earn a living. He made a good life in America and hung out with a guy named Donald J. Trump. Brought receipts of pictures of him with Trump at Trump Tower for the beautiful ride on the elevator. Like the jackalope, he wasn’t interested in any GOPe Malarky happening at the convention, so it was kept at bare minimum. While the jackalopes are going “boat people”, we have no plans to flee Texazistan for Cuba, or Venezuela. The 37 ft sailboat’s engine is a monster British tractor engine, though. We spent yesterday getting prepared for Beryl, and enjoying the food from the Gulf of Texazistan. Boat people love America and Trump. A wonderful community! Maybe paradise….

Some of our friends in the Great White North suffer from Great White Guilt that can only be amended with constant penitence in the form of PC, CRT, DEI, and ESG. As they self-flagellate, they recklessly whip not only themselves but members of a majority that likely feels little remorse for the "sins" of their ancestors, whether real or imagined.

In predominantly Christian Canada, KFC's recent move to eliminate pork products and offer only halal chicken in its Ontario restaurants serves no practical purpose except to meet self-imposed ESG goals.

Maybe "Kentucky" should be removed from the brand name...

Of course it's not Christian, it's inherently Moslem and was probably inspired by the Kosher practices of Judaism.

Christianity has no rules about slaughtering animals.

The Biden Dime was enough to buy a karaoke for The Collective. Who knows, with the right manager, maybe the tune could get on the karaoke juke box at TPC’s Secret Underground Bunker Waffle House where tips are tax-free.
