User avatar
Tomorrow (10.21.2010) I'm flying to New Orleans on the invitation of the local Tea Party people, and then will continue the book tour in Houston, TX and the vicinities. Those living in the area are welcome to attend with comrades, spousal units, or solo. See the itinerary below.

College Station?
(sigh)

Ah, the old college days flood to memories dulled by, um, well, um, dulled by time. That's it! Dulled by Time! (I expect Comrades Chedoh and Elliot to back me on that statement.)

I'll be in Texas too, Comrade Square, but not in that area. 300+ miles away to the west, but not Theocritus west. He's a further 200 miles west of where I'll be. But compared to the Motherland, quite a small republic. (I'll be at a non-union plant extolling the virtues getting union representation and sharing their earned income via their union dues. Which in turn will be donated to his O'liness party, which in turn, returns the funds plus extra from the stupid taxpayers to the unions as federal assistance. A wonderful arrangement indeed!)

Comrade square, please inquire about a brief stop at The Dixie Chicken. I think that will do it for you.

And another thing. The real feline, Dr. Reiux the cat, was born next door in Bryan, TX. So welcome to my namesake's hometown! :-)

Have a blast, and bask in the excessive politeness and overt friendliness of my fellow Texans. (Although they voted for Bush as Governor, TWICE! and his poppa, #41 has his library there at A&M. So it goes. They are a simple and tolerable breed.)

PS Plz don't forget to REMOVE the corn shucks before you eat your tamal. ;-)

Undoubtedly, these guys are members of the Cube collective that have already staked out their place at the front of the line for Comrade Red's book signing event in Houston. Glory demands sacrifice ! There may have been a little drinking involved out in the parking lot earlier........ however that does not diminish their status as Heroes of the State and of the success that is socialism !

I hear the line is already forming around the block down in the French Quarter.

Best of luck, O'Red One.

User avatar
What!! Red Square is coming to Houston? Yikes! He might be swayed by the vibrancy of the capitalist commerce, even among the one million undocumented workers there.

User avatar
THIS IS WONDERFUL!! I only wish I could get away and drive down Friday evening. Have a great time and we'll hope to see you on the news . . . not behind bars or drunk or anything like that, of course. cough cough Houston! Then why can't you come on up to Dallas?! (and we don't have the humidity of Houston, ick) Bryan TX? Home of Bluebell Ice Cream??!!!! :))

I denounce time zones! They are unfair, and a tool of capitalist manipulation. Why should it be 9am in Seattle and noon in New York? That is not equality! Equal time for all zones now!

User avatar
Good luck on the lecture circuit Comrade Red Square!

I must denounce you comrade! This photo is so obviously faked to shame a good progressive! There are no hills, even small inclines such as portrayed in that. We are talking Louisiana, New Orleans for Lenin's sake! How hard would it have been to download a picture from the French Quarter comrade?

User avatar
By the way Comrades....who do you know that is about to become even more equal than before? Perhaps someone who is going to be blessed in the presence of the Glorious Red Square today? Hmmmmm?

Quite correct Pup, the People's Director prefers intellectual women over such tawdry tramps.

Ok Marshall...Who is this fortunate one ?
Btw:Do you and Comrade Laika favor the same kind of dog biscuits ? If so, we will send you some before the rest are loaded onto Laika's supply ship for a launch next Tuesday.
( This is a way to curry favor among high party officials .....give someone something that you bought with their money !....Is very clever, no ? Dear Leader and Congress do this all the time.)
That's curry favor....not flavor ! Curry- flavored dog biscuits ? Yuch...How could this happen ? Who knows........BLAME BUSH .......then report him to PETA.

User avatar
About the photo in question ....... I am glad that the Party is paying attention to the details. And here, poor Krasnodar thought these slopes were a normal effect of perspective projection ! This is why it is best for me to work the beet fields and let the leadership do the thinking.

Ahh Pupovich slobbering in the limelight again. I suppose you will even get an autographed copy of the book, and go home and brag to your little Pupovich's about seeing Red Square in person eh?

User avatar
I loved listening but my only complaint is that there was not enough of Red Square. Bit of a rip off there... only our approved party members should be allowed air time. who needs interviewers?

LoL

User avatar
Pupovich, if you're going to see Red Square, tell him Pinkie said hi.

P.S. Pictures will get you bone-bone biscuits.

Comrade Pupovich,

How do we know you are not part of a sinister plot to kidnap Comrade Red Square? I wonder if you haven't got more up your sleeve than meets the eye. If he doesn't return on schedule, you will be the first comrade investigated to solve the riddle of his absence.

G-D Speed More Equaler in your endeavor. Should you ever make your way to Illinois I will do my best to escape The Peoples Pork Collective and kiss your pinky ring.

I'm not hard to find, I'm in the big old farm house next to the corn field.

RED SQUARE'S PROGRESS REPORT:

Thank you all for mandatory congratulations and heartfelt compromising photographs.

It's now official - the Politburo loves New Orleans! New Orleans proved its reputation as a Party town. If we ever decide to hold a People's Cube Party gathering somewhere, New Orleans will be the most suited host for it. I spent only three days there, but I feel I have known those comrades for much longer, which is a feeling one gets after shoveling miles of truncheons together, or sharing a bunk bed in a crammed cell - only better and with more hangover. These comrades surely put the "Party" into "Tea Party!"

The radio interview turned different from what was expected because the original host who had read the book and wanted to spend an hour with me, got sick (I suspect severe alcohol poisoning) and was substituted by a rowdy libertarian couple "Boldie and the Blonde" who were good too, but they weren't familiar with the book or the Cube, and so we had a 15-minutes improvised interview.

I have just arrived in Houston, to continue Red Square's book tour and learn Square Dancing. This time I'm staying in a nice house managed and operated by comrades Leninka and her spousal unit Check Point Charlie. To make me feel at home, they quartered me in a small room with grated windows. They also issued me a temporary laptop computer so that I could connect with the collective.

More updates to follow.
