Here is a link to the Insider list of charges against all of the "insurrectionists" as of 30 August 2022.

You'll find 113 pages of those charged so far. They've titled the list Capitol insurrection arrests however you will note that not a single individual has been charged with anything like insurrection.

There is a "Search in table" tool provided. If you use it to do a search for the word insurrection it will narrow the list down to four pages of individuals and their charges. You may be surprised to find that none of the charges actually have the word insurrection. No, that is because the word insurrection that the search tool found is actually in the notes section where it lists news articles about the individual. The article about the individual uses the word insurrection. So it's a circular logic sort of thing.

When encountered by someone using the word insurrection in connection with the protest at the Capitol building bear this fact: not a single person out of the 903 individuals has been charged with insurrection.
