Resisting that kind of peace makes the booted to the head look like their own worst enemy, an untrainable dog that must be destroyed for not licking the hand holding the big club. It’s GOPe theology. All the same gospel terminology is used, but the applications are not kosher. Resistance is the criminal behavior of the intolerant.

The author hits on some things that I've been saying about these people for several years now. He likens them to religious zealots and he's right. I've been referring to them as "Neo Puritans" and "Post Modern Pharisees" for a couple of years now.

His use of the word "Inquisition" is spot on. A Philadelphia Flyers Hockey player refused to wear a "Pride" sweater during warmups a few weeks ago and the woke Philly media piled on him something fierce, fortunately Provorov weathered it as his coach, teammates and franchise backed his decision to practice his right to dissent.

He mentioned China's "Cultural Revolution" as well and this is where his comments really hit home. We've all witnessed the statues being removed. They attempted to remove the Columbus statue in South Philly and even had the statue encased on it's pedestal in a giant plywood sheathed box until a judge ordered the covering to be removed. All of this brings me back to Christmas 2009 and the Mao ornament on the WH Christmas tree and finding out that the 0bama administration had quite a few admirers of the chairman. Anita Dunn, who by the way is in the current administration, is a huge fan of Mao.

Before 0bama, we dealt with the politically correct BS brought to us by the Clinton years, but ever since the Moonbat Messiah was elected POTUS, PC has morphed into this "woke" insanity. I don't believe that is a mere coincidence.

I've argued for decades that a fundamental failing of socialism and communism is that both defy and deny human nature.


The current response is that human nature doesn't exist or that anything doesn't exist (except White racism). It's very convenient for those who can't defend their rhetoric or pedantic theses.
