I forced myself to listen to the accompanying video.  The useful idiot speaking actually blamed Equity and all it entails on KKKapitalism. 

It is easy to tell that "Equity" is a Leftist idea.  Labeling the skewing of the distribution of goods through differential pricing "Equal" is perverse.  This gives me an idea for a slogan:

"Equality through discrimination!"™

Almost as catchy as Separate But Equal™. 

If the Left is good at anything, it is projection.

Now I will denounce myself for pointing out the embarrassingly obvious.
