It appears, Hillary was navigating the "Mei Wen Ti" while simutaneously ending problems on her burner phone. While her attention was focused on her latest text, a Sleeper: A rock or reef of irrefutable fact submerged just below the swamp's surface, making it nearly invisible ("sleeping") scraped the hull of the Clinton's Junk, the "Mei Wen Ti".
