Latest Vart From The View

Comrades, it's a font of ignorance masqueraging masquerading as girls' high school lavatory chatter an intelligent discussion among wise and supremely well-informed women. It's The View (or as I call it, The Vart).

Here's the latest vart, passed by Joy Behar during a cluck-out over Graham Platner's drop from his gubernatorial run:

The full volley of varts can be read here: Vart Volley

Note that one of the cattle claimed Dems hold the moral high ground, and another somehow blamed Trump, but not one mentioned that Maine Dem Party apparatchiks plan to themselves select a substitute for Platner instead of choosing it's ranked-voting runner-up or holding a new primary.

It will be the second time in recent history that Dems will turn their backs on "democracy" by skirting voters and selecting a candidate without public choice.

The first time was when Kamala Harris was selected by the party without being elected through a primary process.

The coordinated set of Pink and Red outfits sent the jackalope back to the 1970's.

AI Overview
In 1970s fashion, pink and red evolved from clashing colors into a bold, sophisticated statement. The vibrant palette dominated psychedelic prints, color-block disco dresses, and flowing maxi styles. Designers and style icons embraced these warm, romantic tones to create unapologetic, eye-catching looks that defined the era.

Upon my return from the TPC SUBWH Memory Hole Vaults, the jackalope "understands everything".

The Varts are undercover agents, trained in secret Pottsylvanian NGO Sponsored BioLabs, to colonically deliver GOOF GAS in crowded theaters.

Nah. Its 1980s all the way at the vart. Here's a 1980s popular color palette.

Don't recreate the jackalope's 1972 history of returning home from camp to find Momalope had interior designed my - I know the whole concept of ownership was wrong think - anyway, it was interior designed with pink and red long!! shag carpet and a pink and red optical illusion wallpapered wall.

This "look" remained preserved and intact at the selling of the home in 1996 and remains something mentioned by "others". Jackalopelipsky wants to make clear she had zero input into this design order that established the confines and boundaries of formative years.

Your Pantone swatches don't change my mind about the Pink and Red Revolution that really hit the strident fashion vibes of the 1970's. Stridency was Vogue. Pink/Reds were everywhere.

Regardless, The Varts releasing GOOF GAS! from their colons, that's the 'real' story you smelled, Colonel O.

Maybe you mom was ahead of her times (much like socialism is to those who never experience it).

Here's a 1970s palette, and it's not based on Pantone but rather interior and other design features of the 1970s.

It was the era of avocado kitchen appliances and peach furniture.

Yes, it was... ... but yet...

Chappell Roan came up in my research into decade specific: 1970's Pink and Red Fashion.

Image

Chappell Roan's style heavily leans into eccentric, vintage-inspired, and flamboyant pop-star fashion. Here are the key "Goodwill" staples you need to build your outfit:

Statement Gowns & Dresses: Look for deep red or burgundy velvet or satin dresses, or 80s-inspired party dresses with heavy ruching, volume, and dramatic silhouettes.

Rhinestones & Embellishments: Chappell is known for "stoned" or rhinestone-heavy clothing. Buy a cheap, plain top or dress and use fabric glue to add rhinestones from the craft section.

Cowboy/Western Gear: Grab a vintage cowboy hat, western shirts, or fringe, which you can pair with metallic boots.

Pink & Bold Colors: Pull anything and everything pink, neon, or wildly patterned from the racks—maximalism is the goal.

I can't help that the Varts are attired in 70's fashion, again.

Chappell Roan can claim that she never experienced the Pink/Red stridency of 1970's fashion revolution, so she's viewed as "new" and "edgy" stridency. A strident female who enjoys Good Will Shopping rather than be oppressed by CHAINED Stores of Capitalistic Fashion Departments selling their new and never laundered clothing. A female drag queen singer who of course is stridently so, in the combination of Pink and Red Revolution on today's covers of "enVogue" and "The People's Magazine" is all enrage for America.

The Varts are deceiving themselves about being stridently "new" and "edgy" just because they're wearing Pink and Red, again. However, to not see the signs of a rehash of 1970's female Pink and Red Stridency Movement, is to not recognize the "progress" females have achieved, comrades.

Like the Russian Proverb: Pinks and Reds will see you dead

The jackalope is somehow immune, or resistant to the effects of VART's GOOF GAS.

Bernie ran against Hillary in the 2016 primary and lost the race.

Bernie entered the 2020 primary and dropped out.

Kamala did not compete in any primary. She was appointed by her party with no voter say at all.

Most Equally Esteemed Comrade Colonel,

Contrast the sophisticated and ethically superior candidate selection technique of the Democrat Elites to the brutish and tedious fumblings of the Rethuglicans.  Those Rethuglicans are going to actually hold a primary (where Evil Rethuglican Minions get to vote) to choose a replacement for the late Senator Graham on the ballot.  The Rethuglicans are electorally appropriating the Democratic Process!  It's like the Rethuglican elites don't believe they know better than the unwashed rabble who should represent their party.  All the smart kids know that our betters should tell us who to vote for.  Save us the trouble of having to think about it.

Image

I am going to have so much fun with this comparison of the Parties!  Soon there will be even MORE people I will never have to worry about speaking with again!  Democrats, the wound that keeps on giving.

Image

Agitate for the elimination of elections!  Trust the Democratic Elites.  They know what's best for us.

Ha ha! That apparently is the plan of the "Our Democracy" cult. It appears that they intend to cut out the middleman (voter) and pick the candidates that suit the Party—and of course the ranked-choice scam will continue as well.

Welcome to elections without public votes.

Most Equally Esteemed Comrades,

Most Equally Esteemed Comrade Jackalopelipsky, the "Mod" (not to be confused with the pizza or Vespa riders) decor of your sleeping chamber sounds like Peter Max would have been right at home. I remember wallpaper that matched your description from the 1960s. The psychedelic decor fashion choices foisted on me during that period were quite traumatic. The Earth Tones of the Mellow 1970s were worse. I was certain the only taste adults possessed at that time was in their mouths.

There was a democrat primary vote in 2016. As with any commie progressive party election, it was counted according to the rules.

In 2016, this just happened to include the new and improved "super-delegates". Who just happened to prefer the MTE. They feared Brooklyn Bernie would destroy the party. They were correct, just not on the timing.

We disagree, but i think feel is is merely in method of presentation.

Where is the disagreement, Comrade?

Of course the Democrat Party manipulated its own voting process in 2016, but a  primary still took place. The facade of legitimacy was still in place.

Kamala received no votes in any primary in 2024. The facade turned to farce.

And now it appears this is the template going forward.

I'm loathe to direct readers to a barely breathing competitor that's dying for lack of hits, but it summarized the situation nicely a few days ago. Link here:

The homework/sleeping chamber decor promoted Peace, y'know. My adolescent idea that I possessed ownership of a room was complete wrong think on my part. That wasn't MY sleeping quarters, it was just the sleeping quarters I stayed in. Jackalopelipsky smiled and said, "Thank you" and then demanded right to listen to Led Zeppelin in future concession negotiations with hey, hey Momalope...

She called down the pink reds of culture war thunder....

The whole Bullwinkle scene of pink and red clad VART's releasing GOOF GAS rerouted the jackalope's journey to a TPC SUBWH-PTSD substation. Like Mitch, I'm recovering fine in the calm, Dead Salmon painted solarium now that Doctors realized putting me in the Sulking Room Pink Solarium was too triggering for the jackalope.

Those VARTs dressed in pink and red for a reason, comrades.
