Most Equally Esteemed Comrade Colonel,

After Comrade Mamdani manufactures excuses reasonably acts to seize all privately owned housing and the Party controls housing, won't the Comrade Mayor be the "Landlord"?  I suppose whatever the condition of Public Housing then the Landlord won't be "bad".  I'm certain the Comrade Mayor has a new target selected after "solving" the housing problem.  Thank Marx we have Comrade Mayor Mamdani to ruin run NYC!
