I confess I could not quite follow that, above, but I can assure you based on a seminar we run here at The Yak Barn Collective when we occasionally have guests for re-ed  a month in the country called Creative Writing for Propagandat, Kompromat, and Infiltrating Samizdat that in the Propagandat classes, we give the following background info before we dive into techniques:

1. If you are experiencing "liberal women are ... but men are better" fatigue, it is because the CCP has overplayed one of their more tiresome tropes, through trolling or op-eds. It is dying a slow death but it is dying, along with "blue haired females" "repeal the 19th Amendment" "women are emotional" etc etc blabbedy-blah. They are not creative people, Komrade. Women are valued komrades for bringing us to GWONT. It is "rage-bait" and they do it to provoke a "sex war/argument." Of course, they are mostly Mandarin-speaking students who rely on AI and translators and haven't a clue about Western Civilization and relations between the sexes.

Ignore it.

2. 1991? The interlopers were here by the 1960's and were ransacking the files, so to speak, of everything they could find about the Glorious Revolution of 1917 and stealing it but making it their own. They still do exactly that in various disciplines, and have gotten bolder and more arrogant because they got away with it without any pushback.

So now when you write propagandat, PUSH BACK, is what we teach.

3. Nothing is more shrill or vindictive than screeching lesbians who hate men and have been empowered, mainly because of a pandemic but also by design by their sneaky leaders, and they have infiltrated everything. 

Counter it and be firm and creative. Don't back down. Don't apologize. Remember, we changed the world in the 1920's, after all, didn't we?

Which reminds me of another propagandat fatigue: "Grandpa and Grandma"  "OK Boomer." Tell the twerp to STFU and get a job.
