TPC's views on Emilia Pérez?

The Cube has been strangely silent on the movie "Emilia Pérez" and its thirteen Oscar noms, putting it in a class with the greatest films of all time like Citizen Kane and Gone with the Wind.  All those nominations despite very few people having heard of the  movie and even fewer thinking it was any good.

Anyone care to comment so the unwashed masses know how to feel about it all?

I won't go into details, but the film itself was very controversial (and mostly disliked), then old 'problematic' tweets were dug up from the star - a he/she named Karla Sofia Gascón, then there was backlash about it so Amazon suddenly stopped promoting it for Oscar wins.

A lot going on, yet nothing from that well known bastion of truth and driver of pop culture The Peoples Cube.

Most Equally Esteemed Comrade PEC,

I think feel that the usage of THC (copious amounts) would be the only way TPC could endure a screening of Emilia Pèrez.  No way that turd could be polished.  I’m certain it will sweep the Oscars.  No amount of mere mockery could compete with the spectacle of that awards ceremony.  Maybe someone accepting one of the many awards could work the phrase “donor penis” into their tear filled acceptance speech.  One can only hope.  In a “hope and change” kind of way.  

TPC, THC, Opiate of the Masses…  We serve a higher purpose.

With regard to this steaming pile of 💩 movie how can one tell the difference?
