Dolly Parton and Loretta Lynn are examples of Appalachian Hillbillies rising above their stations in life. Dolly Parton's DollyWood, which highlights the mountain ways and means of Appalachian Hillbilies attracts American families to load up the fully loaded super cab truck, hook up the 34' 5th Wheel Travel Trailer, and bring the whole family to soak up some Smokey Mountain joy every summer. Motorcyclists touring the Blue Ridge Parkway, stopping at convenient pull over spots to dismount and stand in amazement at the vista taking pictures are an out of state nuisance with their purchasing power lifestyle.

This cannot continue for obvious purposes. The question being asked by Biden/Harris Administration and its supporters is, "Why should a hillbilly own such a beautiful piece of real estate?"

Everyone at the Biden/Harris Federal Emergency Management Agency knows these Appalachian hillbillies are never going to be the kind of upscale Biltmore Estate neighbors necessary for robust development of the kind we think is best suited for this area.
