Rethuglican efforts to shut down the government of Dear Leader and deny the people of Amerika access to all of the free goodies of the Affordable Care Act resulted in more unintended consequences.

Rural hospitals are canceling services, laying off doctors and in some cases closing their doors. The loss of such medical services is often in areas mostly populated by ʻbitter clingers.ʼ

The need to transport these ʻclingersʼ to hospitals in larger cities has not escaped the all seeing eye of the Ministry of Health and Human Services. A Ministry spokesperson has announced the deployment of the new, state of the art ʻGovernment Ambulance Serviceʼ or ʻG.A.S. vans.ʼ According to the statement released by the Ministry “Our vans will get these people where they need to be.”

I trust that these are the eco-friendly-low-carbon-footprint vans that re-cycle exhaust gasses through the "patient" holding compartment? For those that might survive arrive, there are state-of-the-art treatments available courtesy of the Affordable Tax Death Care Act.

The Enforcement Divisions from IRS and EPA are also looking into purchasing a fleet of G.A.S. vans, as a supplement to already ordered AK-47s.
