As I predicted, the rehabilitation of Hitler has begun

User avatar
Yes comrades, our favorite Hollywood toolbag Oliver (Adolf) Stone has discovered that Hitler was a Socialist and now sets out to redeem his legacy in his latest docu-drivel. Read on if you can illiterati.

Oliverstone TCA -- Director Oliver Stone's upcoming Showtime documentary miniseries "Secret History of America" promises to put mass murderers such as Stalin and Hitler "in context."

"Stalin, Hitler, Mao, McCarthy -- these people have been vilified pretty thoroughly by history," Stone told reporters at the Television Critics Association's semi-annual press tour in Pasadena.

"Stalin has a complete other story," Stone said. "Not to paint him as a hero, but to tell a more factual representation. He fought the German war machine more than any single person. We can't judge people as only 'bad' or 'good. 'Hitler is an easy scapegoat throughout history and its been used cheaply.

He's the product of a series of actions. It's cause and effect ... People in America don't know the connection between WWI and WWII ... I've been able to walk in Stalin's shoes and Hitler's shoes to understand their point of view. We're going to educate our minds and liberalize them and broaden them. We want to move beyond opinions ... Go into the funding of the Nazi party. How many American corporations were involved, from GM through IBM. Hitler is just a man."

As a vegetable, can can wholeheartedly attest that the giants Mr. Stone mentions have made great strides in Creative Land Enrichment.

Hey, fertilizer is fertilizer.

{Prog off}

Why is the idea of an objective evil is so hard to grasp? Why is it that progressives can't accept that right and wrong are real?

And no, the apparent hatred and vilification of non-progs doesn't count; I'm fairly certain that though they may temporarily feel that something is evil, they never actually think it; if Barack Obama said tomorrow that George Bush was a living saint, then almost all of the left would believe it.

Is it true that there are a lot of Jooz in Hollywood?

It sounds like Adolf Hitler wannabe Oliver Stone has decided to tell the world the true story of WW 2. He will no doubt receive an Oscar for his fact filled documentary. He will also get a guest spot on the Food Network for his prowess with an oven.

The problem with us rubes is that we're uneducated and know nothing about WWI and WWII. Thankfully we have an intellectual elitist like Stone to set us straight.

Thoughtful folks understand that Hitler was neither good or evil, just misunderstood. After all, he did stimulate German industry, built the autobahn, the VolksWagon, the V2, the first jet fighter and cruise missile. And so what if a few Jooz fell under the bus, not to mention Europe.

And as long as Stone paints America as the primary villain, his Leftist buddies will hail his latest work as genius. But I think I'll just wait for Michael Moore's version to come out.

###Off Karacter###

It's about Prescott Bush, Comrades.
Care to wager?
It's all Bush's fault. Shit, even The Mime™ could tell you that.
Bush caused WWI and WWII even before he was born.

Cause and effect? I blame Bismarck for kicking Froggie ass.
Froggies seeth for 40 years and made all kinds of treaties...So did the Russians
Let's skip that...
Let's go back to Von Metternich and the Treaty of Vienna in 1815 which guarenteed Belgium's neutrality, why the British never...
Skip that, let's go back to Napoleon...
Nevermind...
Let's go back to those Snake flag waving, slave owning Whities in America.
Now we're getting warm, eh?

Indeed Comrade Space Dog, you have observed all from your perch in space from time immemorial.

You have fairly judged Amerikkka and found her wanting.

"Stalin has a complete other story," Stone said. "Not to paint him as a hero, but to tell a more factual representation. He fought the German war machine more than any single person.

Gee, Ollie, we're not braindead, but we also remember that Stalin signed a "non-agression" pact with Der Fuhrer and happily used that opportunity to feast on Poland and a number of other nations before his pal turned on him - which the douchebag should've seen coming because all his spies were telling hiim about the Nazi forces massing for an invasion but he chose to dismiss them. Yeah, when his OWN two-bit commie ass was in the crosshairs, he had no choice but to fight the German war machine. Will this be part of the complete other story?

We can't judge people as only 'bad' or 'good. 'Hitler is an easy scapegoat throughout history and its been used cheaply.
Mostly by leftwing agitators, especially when there's political points to be made. Just ask GW Bush.

Hitler is just a man.

Another "history" lesson from the man who thinks Jim Garrison was Clarence Darrow (or Perry Mason.) People in America who didn't grow up in the progressive skool system probably do understand the connection between WWI and II and the concept of "cause and effect" much better than Hollywood propagandists. And maybe if Stoney digs deep enough into these American Nazi connections, he'll discover the fondness of entities like Kennedy Sr. and the New York "never met a socialist tyrant we didn't like" Times for Hitler. Of course, the NYT didn't play favorites when it came to progressives - they heart Stalin, also. Will any of these inconvenient truths make it into this "documentary"? I doubt it.

Let's see: the "JFK" POS exonerated the guy whose fingerprints were on the rifle in favor of a paranoid conspiracy theory centered around an innocent man whom a real-life jury acquitted in half an hour. Wonder what Stoner is going to do this time around? I disagree with Laika, Bush Sr. is TOO easy. I predict he'll reveal the shocking truth that Stalin and Hitler were actually hand puppets being manipulated by evil demons disguised as oil company executives. Or something like that.

Occam's Razor is very dull in Hollywood comrade Opiate. The simple, obvious truth is never good enough for them. They prefer to find the truth in convoluted mysteries, hidden in riddles, obscured by enigmas.

They are so immersed in a fantasy world of their own making that they no longer have any respect for reality. To them, commonsense is just so, so...common. They judge their own intellect by the story they can weave rather than the simple truth, borne out by fact.

That's nasty enough that I'm green with envy.

Whoopie, why would you ever do anything but bury Occam's Razor? In the progressive world the Spanish barber doesn't shave himself. He has a program paid for by the stimulus bill to get shaved. Fifteen SEIU goons loyal members come in every night and shave the barber, and once a week they have a demonstration in which they talk about how important it is that they do the shaving.

And Andy Stern comes into the little Spanish town and holds rallies about how important the services of SEIU are to shave the Spanish barber. And how essential it is that all barbers all over the world are paid the same wage.

Obowma talks about transparency in shaving the barber, and gets his second Nobel for it.

Yes, no one like Ollie to correctly and accurately paint pictures of both present day and past historical figures. One who revolved an entire movie around a conspiracy theory, and not the facts, yes, it's about time someone brought out the humanity in little Adolf. I hear Ollie had to go outside of the USSA to raise money for his last film, and it was rather a flop, but hey, not to worry. Perhaps, as Mein Kampf is the second most popular book in the Arab world, next to the Koran, he will find plenty of funds from the Saudis.

What a glorious idea, Leninka.

Perhaps we could have a really good rendition of "Springtime for Hitler," produced by Ollie Stone.

What about a musical about Stalin and Ukraine? Or a musical about the Great Leap Forward?

It might be hard to find actors with that certain look of having lived on 700 calories a day for the last decade though.

Ollie loves Castro, too. I think he loves Castro best of all. He wanted to touch Castro, stroke Castro, speak to Castro, dine with Castro, dance with Castro, and, yet, where is the Castro biographical film? And why on earth they didn't involve Ollie in that 4 hour Che movie, is a riddle.

It is only most equal that it go to another progressive director.
For instance, close-ups of Del Toro were avoided due to Guevara's believe in collectivism, with Soderbergh remarking, "You can't make a movie about a guy who has these hard-core sort of egalitarian socialist principles and then isolate him with close-ups.
This of course applies to collectivists like Che, who was very good at collecting OPM, but does not apply to Obowma, who has supported legislation that his photo shall appear on every wall of every room in every house and building of every state in the nation.

Then the world.

And by using that louvered effect his eyes will follow you as you move around the room. That way when you pay obeisance to President Awesome you will feel honored to know that he is watching you.

If you pay extra, you can get a picture of him with his TelePrompTer Gus.

Blasphemy!

Without the great Stone film works how else would we have known what happened to that handsome Kennedy bootlegging heir!?

How else could we have enlightened young minds to the evils of their country?

Who else could have given us Rodney Dangerfield in Wonder Bread boxers?

Image
Who else could have helped shed the worlds greatest photographer in a positive light?

tsk tsk Comrade...

And who could have shown Michael Moore how to lie?

For the Children(tm) of course.
