Honored Comrade Red Square, it is with some small apprehension and a hungry appetite that I must claim yet another subsidy of OPM that is clearly due me. As you know, it has always been a source of shame that I was unfortunate to have been born here in this so called United States of America, which as we all know was created by the toil, sweat, and slave labor enforced upon innocent, hard working people by the worst sort of capitalist imperialists that this world has ever known. It has been a hard struggle to overcome the propoganda fed to us and have risen to the exalted position in the World of Next Tuesday that I have achieved through the guidance of the People's Cube.

Recently I was fortunate to find myself reading The Possessed (aka The Demons) by Fyodor Dostoevsky. As you well know, there is none more true to the Russian heart than Dostoevsky. It was here that I was awakened to a disability that I was unaware of until this book pointed out why I have to struggle harder than other comrades, and I quote:

There was a time when it was said that our circle was a hotbed of freethinking, vice, and atheism, and this notion always lingered about us. But in actual fact we were just enjoying a pleasant, innocent Russian pastime – liberal blather. Liberal idealism and liberal idealists are possible only in Russia.

As you can clearly see, because I am not Russian, I have to work that much harder to be the uber Liberal Idealist that I have achieved, to even be on a semi-level turnip patch that my Russian comrades! Because of this, it is clear that I am due a subsidy in order to simply "keep up with the Ivan's" so to speak. Yes, he said it well....

Surely you don't suggest that Comrade Dostoevsky is in error? Grant it, we have made great strides here as we build a world where a manwomanit is judged by the size of their subsidy and not their need or diversity class. Comrade Dostoevsky was not meaning to suggest that only Russia could produce such heroes of the revolution, I think he was merely saying that it just comes more naturally with them, and achieves it's ultimate state there. That is why I need a subsidy comrade, not because I cannot achieve this, but I have to do it from a less even playing ground. No matter, I need this subsidy and will not relinquish!

Nor will I stoop to any whimpering and whining (as if I ever have) for filthy lucre or promotions....Being a Marshal is rewarding enough....at least for the moment.

Actually Commissarka, as I just posted to Commis....Father Prog Theocritus (where did that promotion or reduction in grade come from), I am currently facing the most bleak and serious life situation that I have faced since my health issue in 06.
