California has been in a drought that created a dilemma. Who should have more water? Its people or its agriculture? The People's California Congress cast an emergency ballot to vote on.

Now you all are thinking, why would People's California want to give voters a chance? Well, it gives them some hope and possibly knowledge who will be the important voters for next election. As you know we have many new voters for this year.

The tallies are in and the result is a landslide. Agriculture wins and the cities will cut more water intake. Our plant persons are celerybrating the victory with more water sprayed upon them.
