Kamala Harris is an "Anchor Baby" and neither of her parents were U.S. citizens.


Legal Expert Claims Kamala Harris Doesn’t Qualify for Vice Presidency – She’ll Have To Be Replaced

Senator John McCain was born outside the US and because of this, investigated when he ran for the Presidency and eventually determined eligible.

Then came Barack Obama, who many to this day don’t believe was eligible for the Office of the Presidency due to the unusual circumstances concerning his birth (See Jack Cashill’s book: Deconstructing Obama).

Many conservatives didn’t support Senator Ted Cruz due to his birth in Canada.

And now we have a new birther issue, Senator Kamala Harris and her eligibility for Vice President of the United States.

According to an op-ed in Newsweek,

Kamala Harris likely does not qualify for the Office of Vice President. Professor John Eastman, Professor of Law at Chapman University and Senior Fellow at the Claremont Institute raised these concerns based on evidence known to date.

The fact that Senator Kamala Harris has just been named the vice presidential running mate for presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden has some questioning her eligibility for the position. The 12th Amendment provides that “no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.”

And Article II of the Constitution specifies that “[n]o person except a natural born citizen…shall be eligible to the office of President.”

Her father was (and is) a Jamaican national, her mother was from India, and neither was a naturalized U.S. citizen at the time of Harris’ birth in 1964.

That, according to these commentators, makes her not a “natural born citizen”—and therefore ineligible for the office of the president and, hence, ineligible for the office of the vice president.

Comrade, I see no reason that an anchor baby cannot grow up within The Party™ to eventually become an anchor for the Ship of State™ to keep it from drifting Right™ into the dangerous reef of Capitalism™. This is a perfectly appropriate selection for President. The movie script of her life story is, no doubt, already being imagined created made up written. What a wonderful story will be told about the first African/Jamaican/Indian-American Individual with a Cervix President and her rise from anchor baby to leader of the most powerful racist, sexist, homo-phobic, trans-phobic, white supremacist, anti-LGBTQWTF, xenophobic country in the world. Such a glorious feel good story can be told to rouse the Patriotic™ feelings within a new generation that will love their government and despise and refuse to tolerate those who oppose such an inclusive and tolerant government. Your criticism is unwarranted.
