His premature reopening of Georgia's businesses is nothing less than his latest attempt to wipe out minorities through political murder and to make Georgia the death capital of America. Yes, Kemp wants to kill your grandmother by infecting her with the virus just so corporations can make a profit. After all, isn't it just like a Republican governor to continue a shutdown so your grandmother will slowly starve for lack of toilet paper?

Cynically, Kansas plans to follow so-called "federal benchmarks" in reopening thus evoking a troubling echo of the infamous "I was only following orders" defense of Nazi war criminals during the Nuremberg trials.

The parallels with history are eerie, even Orwellian. I fear for my country, for my future. When we recover from this outbreak, if we ever recover, and when we return to normal, if we ever return to normal, we will certainly never be the same.
