Executive Order Makes America 'One Big Airport'

In The News The Current Truth Network -- Washington D.C.

In the wake of the current intelligence scandals and the coming class action lawsuits and legal challenges based on constitutional grounds against the government, President Obama plans to issue an Executive Order that essentially makes the United States homeland one large airport for purposes of security and law.

Turning the United States into one big airport for legal purposes will enable the government to conduct reasonable searches and seizures everywhere at any time without the threat of lawsuits.

"This is the least bad option and ensures everyone's right to be secure in their person and property. This is much better than if I were forced to suspend habeas chorus [sic]," explained President Obama.

"By the simple act of entering or being in the United States you will have now agreed to 'reasonable' search and seizure. This is a completely voluntary decision each person makes. A person doesn't have to be in the United States. By being here you agree, just as by entering an airport you agree to those terms. This is really nothing more than an extension of law already on the books," Obama said.

How The TSA Legally Circumvents Fourth Amendment

In 1973 the 9th Circuit Court rules on U.S. vs Davis, 482 F.2d 893, 908, there are key pieces of wording that give the TSA its power to search essentially any way they choose to. The key wording in this ruling includes “noting that airport screenings are considered to be administrative searches because they are conducted as part of a general regulatory scheme, where the essential administrative purpose is to prevent the carrying of weapons or explosives aboard aircraft.”

U.S. vs Davis goes onto to state “[an administrative search is allowed if] no more intrusive or intensive than necessary, in light of current technology, to detect weapons or explosives, confined in good faith to that purpose, and passengers may avoid the search by electing not to fly.”

U.S. vs Davis was upheld by the 9th Circuit Court in 1986 in U.S. vs Pulido-Baquerizo, 800 F.2d 899, 901 with this ruling “To judge reasonableness, it is necessary to balance the right to be free of intrusion with society's interest in safe air travel.”

Comrades, administrative searches....this sounds like profiling and it still happens and it happens every time a speeding colorful Aztec immigrant with a low rider on his way to WalMart has to endure the humiliation of a traffic citation or when a box cutter wielding man of Arabic descent with visions of virgins is yanked out of line at an airport security check and given a stern talking to, yes we are all one big airport on the flight to oblivion for the common good.

Does that mean it is all flyover country unless you are cleared to land (undocumented customers excepted)?

The United Soviet States of Airport.

It does have a ring to it :)

Might make it easier for Dear Leader and his family to go on African Vacations and play golf, too - no silly having to be driven in luxury limousines to the airport when you're ALWAYS at the airport!

Fortunately not, Comrade - as you know, flyover country is filled with bitter clingers, and we can't have that.

Comrades,

I'm all for this glorious new paradigm shift. Since the entire Country is now an airport, we get free under-carriage inspections on a regular basis, and from the finest of the finest, the compassionate TSA workers.

FORWARD....FORWARD I SAY.... TO THE NEWER UNITED SOCIALIST SOVIET STATES OF AMERIKA AIRPORT!!™

Edit: Comrade R.O.C.K., You are very wise. My mind wanders, after learning of Dear Leader's (PBUH) cancelled safari. It took me a while to shake off the grief, and confused mindset.

Attention Comrades
Every member of the Proletariat will now have to clear Security through TSA every time you go for a walk. This is due to the People's Party victory in electing AlGore Retroactive Chairman in Perpetuity thus leading to any use of fossil fuels being declared a Crime against the People and all energy companies and utilities not engaged in promotion of wind and solar power as enemies of the State: This will result in nobody being able to afford any mode of unselfpropelled transportation.
