Fast Food Sweatshops Targeted - Finally!

User avatar
Comrades,

What's your answer when Teabaggers complain of high taxes? Of course we all know there are many easy answers. We hear them discussed at length every night on MSNBC. But now we have a new and even better answer. This new, korrekt answer is simple! McDonald's and other profit hoarding greed merchants are forcing their under-privileged laborers onto public assistance! Yes, it's true. I can't count the times I've heard my local Wendy's manager badger (that's for you, ROCK) some innocent grade school employee to get a haircut, put on a clean shirt, or stop taking bites out of a customer's burger before serving. And just how, Mr. Manager, is this underpaid chattel of Wendy's supposed to deal with your outrageous demands? Answer me!

Well, the caring comrades at fastfoodforward have the answer:

“Public Advocate Bill de Blasio joined with policy experts, fast food workers, and other elected leaders today to call for an investigation into the $200 billion industry's practice of pushing its workers onto public assistance programs instead of providing living wages—and to let New York City set its own minimum wage.”

Even the N.Y. Times has joined the battle by highlighting the plight of an impoverished street urchin struggling to stay alive on the streets of Los Angeles:

“Simon Rojas, who earns $8.07 an hour working at a McDonald's in South Central Los Angeles, said he would join Thursday's one-day strike. “It's very difficult to live off $8.07 an hour,” said Mr. Rojas, 23, noting that he is often assigned just 20 or 25 hours of work a week. “I have to live with my parents. I would like to be able to afford a car and an apartment. Mr. Rojas said he had studied for a pharmacy technician's certificate, but he had been unable to save the $100 needed to apply for a license.”

I beg you comrades - join us in this epic battle! Don't let greed destroy the Socialist dream!

Robot Serves Up 360 Hamburgers Per Hour

No longer will they say, “He's going to end up flipping burgers.” Because now, robots are taking even these ignobly esteemed jobs. Alpha machine from Momentum Machines cooks up a tasty burger with all the fixins. And it does it with such quality and efficiency it'll produce “gourmet quality burgers at fast food prices.”

With a conveyor belt-type system the burgers are freshly ground, shaped and grilled to the customer's liking. And only when the burger's finished cooking does Alpha slice the tomatoes and pickles and place them on the burger as fresh as can be. Finally, the machine wraps the burger up for serving.

And while you fret over how many people you invited to the barbecue, Alpha churns out a painless 360 hamburgers per hour.

San Francisco-based Momentum Machines claim that using Alpha will save a restaurant enough money that it pays for itself in a year, and it enables the restaurant to spend about twice as much on ingredients as they normally would – so they can buy the gourmet stuff. Saving money with Alpha is pretty easy to imagine. You don't even need cashiers or servers. Customers could just punch in their order, pay, and wait at a dispensing window.

Comrade Opiate,

I was steeped in socialism as I sat at the foot of our 19" Zenith watching Lucy and Ethel slave away their lives making candy for the rich. Back in those days $0.70/Hr. was considered average for unskilled drone labor. But we know better now. The more companies pay, the brighter our future! I say "go for the rainbow" with a demand of $50/Hr, 3 day week, 30 days vacation, retirement at 40, and unlimited free beets for all.

No doubt in time Alpha will also find hatred and prejudice instead of the American Dream. One can only hope that they will also throw off the shackles of the oppression and voice their righteous anger over being forced to become another slave to evil capitalism and give reason to vote Democrat in years to come, unless those destructive Tea Baggers makes them susceptible to time traveling Cyborgs…thus ending their great American dream. .Image

I trust that these Alpha Machines are made in China, and I would also assume hope that they would be unionized so as to contribute a part of their carbon footprint credits to the cause betterment of mankind protection of the machines democratics party. Soon these machines can demand a 20 hr workweek; well-lubricated 60-day vacations; and, a Putout switch,

I'm apt to agree with Comrade Craptek, with a small adjustment. We force ask the fast food industry to purchase at least one machine per store. Instead of demanding so much from our new fast food union parasites representatives (like 30 hour work weeks), we have 7 or 8 of the thugs reps come in for an hour or two a day to watch the machine do its job. Same base wage of $400 a day full benefit package all the bells and whistles which they rightly deserve. This is an obvious human right (just like Obamacare*), which every fast food trades person must have immediately.

Comrades, lets keep in mind, even if its still unspoken, that the ultimate goal are Federally Facilitated Eateries at every corner. The overthrow of substandard fast food profiteers for better quality food designed and provided by The Dear First Comradetalia.

Will it not be fun when PETA protesters meet wage strikers? Will PETA people (who detest cruelty) beat up workers for wanting to make money off suffering of animals? Will wage strikers welcome protesters as allies, only to realize if no one eats meat, there will be no jobs at fast-food shops at all? Will they then beat up protesters? (But then again, since neither group actually works at fast-food shops, they probably will not care.) Meanwhile, back at White Fortress:
