If Old Yeller were to take place in contemporary California:
 
1. The Coates family would forgive Old Yeller's rabies even when he bites the kids because rabid dogs are a marginalized group.
 
2.Travis would doxx the dog catcher and organize a mass protest that attracts violent professional agitators funded through Act Blue by the CCP and U.S. taxpayer dollars.
 
3. The press would call rabid-dog bites “affectionate love nips” and accuse Animal Control of fascistic hydrophobic oppression and speciesism.
 
4. Democrat representatives at every level from local to state to national would claim there is no riot or that if there is a riot, Trump aggravated the peaceful protesters because he hates rabid dogs.
 
5. Five separate District Court judges would issue nationwide injunctions prohibiting the Trump Administration from restraining rabid dogs without due process.
 
6. Old Yeller would be chosen to replace the president of the DNC and later be named the Democrat nominee for U.S. President without going through a primary.  Biden’s dog, Commander, would be his running mate.  

   

What an amazing coincidence. I'm reading Dr. Thomas Sowell's "Vision of the Anointed" (great book, highly recommend it) and he gives this exact analogy that we put down mad dogs, yet antisocial criminals and murders are highly regarded and protected by social elites.
