Secretary of State John Kerry criticized the People's Republic of China upon a recent announcement by the country's People's Foreign Relations Committee, which unanimously decided that the entire Pacific Ocean belongs to them. This comes one week after the Chinese Navy claimed that they will soon remove any foreign vessels from their waters due to what they referred to as "noise concerns".

Secretary Kerry voiced concern about the resolution, stating that, "It saddens me to see that our dear friends in China still think that our ships are too loud to be allowed in their space. We cannot withdraw from the area until we are absolutely certain that our ships are causing them adequate auditory distress."

After expressing his disapproval, China deployed multiple wings of Q-5 Fantans to finish off the remaining U.S. vessels in the South China Sea, a move which Secretary Kerry declared to be "Unnecessarily provocative." The State Department has recently drafted a new list of tactical words to use in retaliation to any more inflammatory actions on part of the PRC.

Tactical words? I'll try to help:"the us carrier was sunk" => " the us carrier is now hydrologically challenged""most men of the division were captured" => "most men of the division were rescued by the opposing force"

Maybe he thinks it's a good thing because there are less ships that can contribute to global warming.
