You know comrade, it is the vehicle that killed the cyclist. They must do vehicle control before more are killed. It is never the driver's fault. They are the victims in these deaths.

We can start by enacting sensible legislation that forces Big Cycle to submit to the Assault Wheel Ban. They don't have Union Party Donors like Big Auto, but in order to advance the outright ban on wheels, after achieving victory over Big Cycle, we should conduct a study to learn just how many furry rodents are killed by bicycles vs. those killed by automobiles.
