(Prog-ver 1.0) A teabagger family is suing the city of Henderson, Nevada for violating their Third Amendment rights — the constitutional prohibition against quartering soldiers in a private home during peacetime without the owner's consent.

The Mitchell family says Henderson police arrested them for refusing to let officers use their homes for a “tactical advantage” in a domestic violence investigation into a neighbor. The nature of the domestic violence charges were not disclosed, but knowledgeable neighbors told this reporter of hearing daily crashing sounds, small explosions, possible gun fire, and blood curdling screams in the early morning hours. “The possibility of human or civil rights offenses taking place in this house required us to take immediate action.” one police officer disclosed. “If the screams were coming from someone of the LGYBTQI community it's our duty to put a stop to it immediately!”

A thoughtful police officer had contacted Anthony Mitchell, the son, on July 10, 2011, with a request to use his house as a lookout while investigating the alleged offenses of his neighbor. When Mitchell told police that he did not wish to be involved, the complaint states, police decided they needed to stop the cruelty next door and were therefore required as a matter of human decency to use Anthony's residence anyway.

First, officers “smashed open” Mitchell's door with a “metal ram” after he did not immediately open it himself. He then “curled on the floor of his living room, with his hands over his face,” as the police shot him and his dog several times with a semi-automatic pepper-ball gun of unspecified caliber.

Obviously, Mitchell was arrested for “obstructing a police officer.” But the ordeal didn't end there. Mitchell's parents, Michael and Linda, were also neighbors to the home where police officers suspected domestic violence, and the police wanted to use their home as well. The elder Mitchell was politely asked to stop by the police station and provide access to his home. At the station, he became belligerent, refusing to turn over the keys to his house. The police had no alternative but to arrest him as well.


The elder Mitchell's wife was not arrested, even though she refused to allow police to enter her home. She was peacefully escorted to a patrol car while other officers entered the house and began the required surveillance of the horrific scene next door. The family claims that when she was allowed to return, “the cabinets and closet doors throughout the house had been left open and their contents moved about… Even the refrigerator door had been left ajar, and mustard and mayonnaise had been left on their kitchen floor.” Over a month's pressing of high quality beet juice was left to spoil un-refrigerated.

The case is under review by Department of Justice attorneys, NSA, and the Department of Homeland Security. President Barack Obama has personally called and thanked the Henderson Nevada police for a job well done.

What an outrageous abuse of power! By which I mean the courts allowing this teabagger to sue the government. Hopefully one of the judges appointed by our Dear Leader will dismiss the lawsuit.

Like all good comrades, I denounced my Republican neighbors years ago and have had a DHS SWAT team garrisoned in my home to keep an eye on them ever since.

It took me a while to get used to them always doing everything in line like that - and I had to put in a larger water heater for the shower and such - but all in all, I feel so much safer with them living with me, although they do seem to get a kick out of occasionally pointing their weaponry at me (especially when they're leaving for the day or coming home). Boys will be boys, I guess.

First, the Third Amendment to that quaint, out-moded document which graces the bum of Dear Reader (AP&PBUH) when the Piss Boy is required to cleanse the aft passage upon completion of HIS Duty... only applies to FREE Peoples who actually OWN a private premises.

Now, notice the quaint reference in the title of this post… What is wrong here? It refers to the Serfs who reside in this hovel as “Owners.” That is a lie fashioned in the very depths of HELL (be it real or imagined...if your into that sort of superstitious mumbo-jumbo)

Home “Ownership” is a bourgeois notion that must be beaten out of these ‘people.' We are all Socialists now! The STATE owns that house. The Police -- agents of the STATE -- had every right to enter the house for STATE use -- and abuse the inhabitants who denied that right to them. Why… even the inhabitants themselves are property of the STATE! They were fortunate to just be pepper pelted. I would have gleefully have dispatched them without the second thought! Jolly good waste of Carbon Credits if you ask me.

Even the mere notion of “Home Ownership” as part of the “American Dream” has ALWAYS been just that.. A DREAM! An MYTH... a mystical carrot dancing at the end of a rod to mollify the Proles to labor insessently in order to pay PROPRTY TAXES -- that is… the RENT serfs owe to their LORDS! (the proceeds of which are consequently used to indoctrinate their children into the Socialist order... Oh, but I DO so enjoy the irony!)

What's more… THEY didn't build that! So, how can they POSSIBLY claim it is theirs? These minions haven't a leg to stand upon… they should have been water boarded in their own lavatories just for good measure! I predict a summary judgement followed by a summary execution... to include the cheeky lawyers who dared file the suit in the first place. I understand the dog is to be shipped to 1600 Penn. Ave. -- I understand Dear Reader (AP&PBUH) loves to WOK dogs.

I can well imagine that Our dear and glorious liar leader, the exalted and most excellent Prezzy Obama will want to join in this action seeing that he truly wishes to make it a clean sweep in destroying the Bill or rights.

He's well on his way with the First, Second, Fourth, Fifth…and so on.. (don't get me started on the Ninth and Tenth amendments).

This one could very well help him take out the Third.
