Michigan Governor bans stores from selling vegetable seeds

User avatar
Democrat Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer prohibited big box retailers from in-person sale of seeds because according to her, food is non-essential.

Crisis gardens' or ‘victory gardens' were always encouraged during a time of war or a time of crisis to supplement rations and boost morale.

But the tyrannical governor of Michigan barred grocery stores and brick-and-mortar retailers from selling vegetable seeds.

Whitmer also called on Home Depot and Lowes to shut down to close certain sections like flooring, garden centers and plant nurseries.

This far-left governor also banned travel between homes for Michigan residents!

Kids can no longer play at their friends' house, and families cannot travel for Easter.

This tyrant is in the running to be Joe Biden's vice presidential pick!

One person commenting to the story asked "How close is Michigan to the United States?"

Michigan Residents Call for Whitmer's Impeachment After Her ‘Stay-Home' Orders Ban on Purchasing Car Seats and Garden Supplies.

She's extended the stay-home order until May 1st and has tightened up regulations even more by banning residents from traveling to friends and families homes, as well as preventing the purchase of “non-essential” items like garden supplies and children's car seats.

Well, Michigan residents have had enough and are taking to social media to call for Whitmer's impeachment for this insane overreach of power.

Just imagine how glorious life will be should Governor Whitmer become President.

According to my abacus, that would be 1 May, 2029.

This is indeed a most excellent exercise of State power concern for the masses. Indeed, indeed, let us not stop at deciding which stores people may enter and which they may not enter. Rather, let us decide for them what they may and may not purchase in those stores once they have entered. What is more, once they have accepted this further restriction, why not go further yet and say they may purchase one color or flavor of permitted items but not others? Oh, the possibilities for exercising power concern are simply endless! And what fun!

And for those who ask how limiting what one may purchase once one is already inside a store makes the store safer for all, we explain pityingly, "Shut up."

Why would a Comrade have an ABACUS? this is Chinese, no? Are you here to infect us all with your Chinese mathematical instrument of profit and loss calculations and infections of sicknesses? Good Lenin, man, what's next, are you going to THINK?
Image You go denounce yourself, then trot(sky) yourself on down to your nearest Jiffy-Lobo (still open as "essential" and "womyn's health-care" somehow) for the deep-dish special, then shelter in place while the party figures out where we're going to get train cars with six feet of separation between "patients" on their way to "recuperation."

Abacus indeed. (spit)

Could it have been a sturdy abacus from the Dear Leader of Democratic People's Republic of Korea? They have no Wuhan-media flu there, so no worries. Of course, abacus may have been left behind by Soviet adviser.

May 1st? Day of people's parade? Not just coincidence, eh?

She should rent ad space. Something like:

The yellow tape sectioning off the not-to-be-bought goods may be insufficient. Perhaps Commissar Whitmer should electrify the tape. Or install invisible electric fencing.

When one is herding the masses -- for their own good, of course -- one must use all available means of control. Is it not so?
