The plot thickens. Apparently Robert Mueller was investigating Trump's collusion in Ukraine, hot on Manafort's trail, already in 2013.

In this video Mueller is seen shaking hands with Manafort's nefarious dictator client, Victor Yanukovich, who back then was either not a dictator, or he was a Party-approved dictator.
