Speaking of multiculturalism (the good, honest and true kind), I had some Puerto Rican neighbors, Blanca and Jesus (no, not THAT Jesus) that used to do epic Pig Roasts for various family events. They'd always invite us over and Jesus made sure I got my "Crispies". E Pluribus Unum is our true strength in this country, and some good-natured diversity can sure keep things interesting!

What distillery?

Here at Tractor Barn #2, we fix tractors and offer indoor political lectures after singing of the glorious marching songs, and most beloved songs of the worker and sometimes the revolution. All approved by the Party.™

There is no distillery, no contraband crystal radios in the toolroom for monitoring reich-wing hate speech, or even public access to the People's Computer and interwebs..  Nope.  Not here.

I spent some of my misguided youth in the Army and in the middle east.  In Abu Dhabi, we had access to a grocery store that had a room that the "faithful" were not allowed to enter.  In it were such "haram" (prohibited) items as bacon, ham, cans of pork and beans, pop-tarts, and other such staples we infidels require containing pork products (yes, pop-tarts have lard!)  Each product was double wrapped in plastic, so the cashiers on the "expatriate line" didn't have to defile themselves by touching them.
