It's a brilliant idea and shows just how forward thinking Deer Leader is. Look how well this plan worked in the USSA. He saved or created 500 million jobs a month with His stimulus package and the rebellious few who continued to resist His efforts to revive the economy by failing to find a job have given up on their rebellion and, as punishment, are no longer counted in the unemployment statistics.

Deer Leader is simply applying the same philosophy to ISIS and their ilk. If these reprobates refuse to accept Deer Leader's offerings of jobs, such as White House consultant on Islamic Victimhood or Department of Homeland Security consultant on Open Border Control or National Security Agency consultant on Undefined Radical Extremists, then He'll simply refuse to count them as Islamic or unemployed.

This will grant a twofold benefit to both the world and the USSA: Islamic Terrorism will be eliminated and the global unemployment rate will be reduced.
