Photoshopping is Now a Crime

"No one has a right to make fun of anyone."

At least so says Georgia state lawmaker Rep. Earnest Smith, who is backing a bill that would make lewd photoshopping a crime. Apparently Rep. Smith (web site here) is upset that some scoundrel 'shopped a picture of his head onto a pornstar's body to "mock" him.

I think we could do better than that...
