Dear Comrades,

Comrade Party Chairman and President Barack Barackovich Obama, during a speech to workers in Virginia Oblast, ordered Party members to enforce ‘good will' upon counter-revolutionaries and non-conformists in the People's Congress to guarantee their compliance with the party's Five Year Plan.

"You know, the one thing about being president is, after four years, you get pretty humble. You'd think maybe you wouldn't but actually you become more humble--you realize what you don't know," Obama said.

"You realize all the mistakes you made. But you also realize you can't do things by yourself. That's not how our system works. You've got to have the help and the goodwill of Congress, and what that means is you've got to make sure that constituents of members of Congress are putting some pressure on them, making sure they're doing the right thing."

Party members are urged to warn People's Deputies in the House and Senate that there will be dire consequences for them if they do not comply with the directives of the Party. Comrade Barack Barackovich is showing great humility by not having them arrested, and so they should respond with good will and help the Party achieve its goals of Socialism for the USSA.

The President did acknowledge that he was mistaken in not been firm enough in dealing with Congressional reactionaries, and that they will require more pressure to suppress their Capitalist tendencies. To guarantee their help in implementing the Five Year Plan, workers and peasants must show the People's Deputies that they will be forcibly removed from office if they continue to impede the Party's progressive and compassionate goals.

Socialism requires the compliance and cooperation of all members of the Proletariat. All citizens are morally obligated to support the Party in its care for all the Masses, rather than indulging in personal opinions. If we are to truly care for one another, we must all work together in a harmonious manner under the leadership of our beloved Comrade Chairman Obama!

Comrades, force the People's Deputies to show good will and follow Party instructions! Accept nothing short of total compliance with our Comrade President Obama!
