Bald Max, like most Ukrainians, speaks Russian. He has a series of revealing online interviews with Russians. This interview portrays what most Russians believe about Russia's rightful place in the world. As Putin said, "Russia's borders do not end."

...which is the inspiration of the topic title. The difference is that we got over it while Russia never has.

BTW, let me recommend a good read, The Savage Wars of Peace, by Max Boot. He details the various small wars we've gotten into from the Barbary pirates through the Banana Wars and up to recent times to include the Pancho Villa Expedition and many others. It opened my eyes to how we became masters of low intensity conflicts before WWII, but forgot those lessons going into Vietnam until it was too late. Anyway, I highly recommend.
