Spontaneous Haiku For The One, The Party, and The Masses

User avatar
In attempt to purge my mind of all decadent western philosophies and corrupt practices and ideologies, I have often turned to eastern influences. I find I appreciate the cultural differences, where the group and the collective are paramount and the individual merely a cog in service to the group. If only America's greedy founding fathers had studied eastern culture.

As a thought exercise, I humbly suggest we compose Haiku, to express our admiration for our Fearless Leader, for the Party, for the Victory of the Proletariat and the Great Patriotic Change

With that in mind, a few Haiku:

Hope, Change, Spread the wealth.
Progressive Revolution
Karl Marx is smiling.

Smoke reaching upwards
Floating over the remains
capitalism

The brisk winds freshen
Icy tendrils reach across land
Gulag wind arrives

Tears flow, heads go faint
Proletariat rejoice
The One triumphant

The One has arrived
Bringing change and hope to all
Next Tuesday is here

Gas and mortgage paid
All my problems down the drain
Thanks to Obama

History is made
I voted for Obama
Not for the llama

Fifty-seven states
Ten thousand dead from twisters
But numbers change for tax breaks

This is the moment
When the earth begins to heal
The rising seas ebb

Obama is tall
Many votes from the ACORN
Made him a great oak

Obama holds forth
On righteous wind at our backs
The air is quite hot

I swoon at The One
I feel tingles up my leg
I am Chris Matthews
