Strong national security is a fringe issue...

...Bernie Sanders can't wait to debate the Republican candidate on what Americans really care about!

Bernie tweet

Oh when oh when are the Republicans going to take seriously the real issues Americans are interested in? Only when they have to finally face off with the great intellectual of our time Bernie Sanders!

All those Republicans... all those debates... and not one quote from Karl Marx.

What is this world coming to?

Comrade Bernski is truly a voice crying in the wilderness.

Don't forget Freedom.
  1. Freedom from bigotry where men, women, gay, transgendered, polygendered, and nongendered alike should be allowed to explore their sexuality, from various kinds of poultry to common everyday houseplants without the glares of organized religion except in some cases where in certain religions the bodies will never be found. Nonetheless, bigotry of any kind should not and will not be tolerated because everyone should be treated equally in a country where the free exchange of ideas can flourish without being clouded by the right wing screeching disguised as logic and reason.
  2. Freedom from having Republicans create a police state to restrict middle east illegals from border crossings for everyone's protection. In fact they also claim that spying on terrorists may quite actually save American lives by preventing another attack in this country while restricting their god given right to place long distance phone calls to Isis…all in the name of national defense!

And he's crying wolf and over spilled milk.

But I'd like to deconstruct this tweet. He says that there wasn't a word about "income inequality" That's a bit rich considering he makes 170k a year. But, him being a socialist, he'd want to "redistribute the wealth" in the Soviet fashion, namely redistributing the money from the farmer and giving it to the comissar and the premier and the bureau and the party. Redistributing from those who've worked hard to those who haven't worked at all.

He also talks about "climate change". First off, it's a lie to say that man is causing climate change. Most of the studies and data say that the climate runs on a temperature cycle and that we've been in a cold period and due for a warmer period. But this is also a method of control for them. They want to control everything, but they haven't yet been able to control certain elements of people's lives, such as the way people get around or use their land. This allows them to do that.

And as for "racial justice", I don't mean to be a crying wolf liberal, but I'd say that this is racist in and of itself. If you think that the X race and the Y race need justice, then you must logically believe that they are unequal. If you believe they are unequal, then that logically means that you believe that one is lesser than the other. If you believe that one race is lesser, then I'd say that you're a racist. Plus, if you look past the color of their skin to see the content of their character, you'll find that you can't just group people into tight little race boxes and assign qualities to that race. It's just like a deck of cards, you have two colors, black and red, but those colors have the same kings, queens, 2's, 5's, and so on in them. You'll find people of every and all kinds in every race and every group. There ARE racist cops, people, and institutions, I'll give them that, and regardless of what they say or pass it will never go away, but to say that the entire system is racist and demands more laws passed is absurd. Just let the institution/organization deal with it according to their set of policies. But this allows for more control, that's the name of the game.

It's all part of a larger trend of crying about acceptance for all people of all persuasions and beliefs while simultaneously cramming people into boxes. Slate had a lovely articleillustrating this point. Caitlyn isn't an individual with her own thoughts. Because she is trans, she's expected to echo the party line. She is a member of a group called "trans" and therefore must identify as that group's particular groupthink rather than having her own ideas and experiences. If she says anything that counters the party-approved story, she's a traitor to her "kind." The hypocrisy is deafening...
