Now again, which side is supposed to be fascist? I apologize if this has been posted here already but I had been looking for the source of this story since I first read a comment about it a few weeks ago. Could you imagine the outrage if the Bush administration had ever asked local law enforcement to take action against people for similar offenses?

p.s. Notice the "O" logo on the window behind both prosecutors? Hmmm... you don't suppose that they were interviewed at a DemocRat campaign office, do you?
