I wouldn't worry about begging Mexico to take Kalifornia. It won't be long before we'll be asking Mexico to give it back to us since there are so many Democrat voters out there!

Comrades, We must remember that many of these poor disadvantaged souls have broken our laws to sneak into our country in search of a better life and we cannot continue to let our selfishness interfere! Although this process may bring a smile to the lips of the skeptic, the same glorious certification principle that has guided Kalifornia can be applied to almost any business, health care or finance as well. Only the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia could enable a brilliant idea along with correct party members to make the important leap of faith, where a recent immigrant busboy could be certified as a defense computer programmer, a forgotten village custodian could be certified as a neurosurgeon. Why, in one glorious swoop of the pen, there would be no class system and everyone would live together in peace, friendship where the gap of the rich and the poor would cease to exist as long as they vote Democrat.
