Comrade General Secretary Nguyễn Phú Trọng of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam issued a formal statement today regarding Comrade Charlie Rangel's demands for the reform of the American South. Speaking on behalf of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the General Secretary, saluted Comrade Charlie for sympathizing with Vietnam's struggle to pacify and reeducate its own South, culminating with the Vietnam War and victory of Socialism in a united Vietnamese State.

“Clearly, Comrade Charles understands the struggle that we Vietnamese had with our Southerners,” said Comrade Trong in his remarks telegraphed to Comrade Secretary of State Hillary Hughovna Clinton.

The General Secretary urged the USSA to use military force if necessary to preserve the Union and ensure that the Progressive agenda of the Socialist Democratic Party is not compromised.

“You will need to crack a lot of eggs to make an omelet the size of the USSA,” the General Secretary later wrote, “Do not be afraid to use all means necessary for the achievement of disarmament and pacification, even if it requires violence and military armaments. Look to us for inspiration. We succeeded, and now Vietnam prospers under Socialism like nowhere else in Asia.”

Comrade Trong offered Comrade Rangel use of a special beach villa Nha Trang to rest and gain inspiration for further Collectivization and Pacification projects, along with an official tour of the People's Paradise that Vietnam has been transformed into through redistribution.

The Communist Party of Vietnam has also offered advisors to the USSA to assist Comrade Party Chairman and President Barack Barackovich Obama in his Second Term with items mentioned during his Inaugural Speech which the Vietnamese have implemented in their Socialist State.
