Throw in construction companies with their cranes and other heavy machinery for good measure.

In the Glorious Progressive World of Next Tuesday, once the government owns everything, such lawsuits will be outlawed. Equality will be ensured in a more radical fashion: if one member of the society loses a limb, everybody else will be mandated to have the exact same limb to cut off. If one person gets infected by cholera, everybody else must be similarly infected. And if one person dies, everybody else must die without delay.

This will create a completely fair, trouble-free, and just society, with tranquil and boundless happiness for all members without exception. Pursuit of individual happiness will be a thing of the past. The government will be pursuing happiness for you, while you will be on the receiving end of it, trying to catch up with your blessings.
