In regards to ‘pelipsky deciding to go enhanced brain cyborg - the article stated:

“Chile is already a step ahead. Last year, the country pioneered a bill to amend its constitution to protect personal brain data.

Is the collected personal brain data stored in a safe place? You know, like collected Social Security money? Or, brain produced patents? If so, Chile sounds like a great constitutional republic for an enhanced brain cyborg jackalope to coexist in.
