You are so right, Red Square. There we are. Yes, 'pelipsky plays the dumb bunny, the happy, fun lovin' hi-jacker of threads, and karaoke agitator, but in reality, 'pelipsky survives in the after-glow of civilized and free America. Of course just saying so means 'pelipsky is for obvious purposes, completely insane.
