Yes, Direktor Square, and I'm sure he read, and understands the implications, of each.  

He very well have signed them "himself".  I had a quadriplegic dive student who, from the base of the neck down, has no function except for very slight movement of her right arm.  Fitted with an amazing electronic device she gained enough function in her arm, and hand, to write.  She doesn't do it often, but she does sign her name to documents.

Am I implying Joe has a robotic assist device to help him function; of course not.  Just sayin'. 

And I am not comparing my friend to Joe Biden.  She is intelligent, holds a high power job that she is competent at, and she scuba dives (with a specially trained dive buddy, of course).
