Back in the 1970's, comedian Steve Martin reflected on what would happen if you taught a child "wrong English" just for a goof. The conclusion was confusion for the child and anyone who talked with him.

Today we have progressed from "politically correct" language to "inclusive" (woke) language, in line with the goals of the communists of the Frankfurt School who introduced it into U.S. academia in the 1950s.

And today we see language being mangled on a much larger scale to bring about the same result that Steve Martin mused about: confusion, but with added components such as priorities that appear misplaced but are—in fact—exactly placed... toward the goals of a "New World Order."

When I learned to fly NOTAM stood for "NOtices To AirMen".......Now that the world is more enlightened and inclusive, it's "NOtices To Air Missions". No wonder the system is having issues. I don't care what the FAA wants to call it, just make sure it works.....
