This is one of the favorite lies of the Left. Example: A person making a billion dollars a year pays the same amount in taxes as someone making a half million dollars a year.

Let's look real close at this. 37% of half a million is $185,000. 37% of one billion dollars is not the same amount, it is $370,000,000. That's three-hundred and seventy million dollars. Not even close.

But the Left pretends that the percentage of income is the same as the amount paid.
