It only happens once a year, Comrades!

For most of us in the USSA, clocks "spring forward" one hour at 2 a.m. Sunday.* Springing forward is progress, and the progress of only one hour brings us one hour closer to the Glorious World of Next Tuesday.

One hour will be lost to a state-instituted (mysterious) temporal memory hole, but thanks to the wisdom of the state, progress will be gained in the process. We have nothing to lose but an hour of sleep. Rejoice!

*Those of you without electronic or mechanical clocks are encouraged to rotate your sun dials 30 degrees clockwise and hope for sunny days.

Those of you who rely on hourglasses should sleep in—you'll figure it out sooner or later.
