North Korean leader Kim Jong Un became concerned that he wasn't as popular as he used to be, so he asked his advisors what the North Korean people yearned for the most.

After carefully considering their unanimous answer,  Kim rushed to a plastic surgeon to improve his image.

Weeks later, Kim debuted his new look among members of the 3rd Guards Motorized Cleaning Ladies Regiment, and judging by their emotional reaction, it appears that he's the most scrumptious Supreme Leader they'd ever seen.

Note:  At the time of publication we had no information about which cologne Kim wore to this event but some have speculated that it was probably ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire, or McDonald's Secret Sauce.
