Because of threats by the new Republican Congress to refuse funding for runaway federal agencies and petty bureaucratic tyrants, American President Klaus Schwab has proposed a solution that will please all.

Talking through his official hand puppet, Joe Biden, the amicable and well-dressed Germanic philanthrope explained his plans:

"I vill forge a new agency, deep in the furnaces of Washington DC, an agency that vill control all ze other agencies. The FBI, the CIA, the FDA, the IRS... all vill bow before it and despair. One bureaucracy to rule them all. This will be good for... accountability and stuff."

Republican leaders protested at first, but agreed after they were promised their own new personal Agencies of Power (subservient to the One Bureaucracy, of course).

All major news agencies unanimously reported on the enormous advantages of centralizing even more power, at the expected cost of a trifling 55 gazillion doubloons (or dollars, or ducats, or whatever clown paper they print at the Fed nowadays). 

The name and motto of this new bureaucratic instrument is written in the language of Mordor, which I will not utter on this forum.
