According to Chinese State News Bureau, Chinese Petroleum Engineers have begun the daunting task of digging through the Earth's crust, mantle, outer core, to penetrate the Earth's inner core, continuing in reverse Earth layer order until reaching the petroleum rich crust of America. This drilling project is located at the Tarim Basin in China’s northwest autonomous region of Xinjiang and hopes to reach the Permian Basin of Texazistan, an autonomous region of southwest America in an audacious new 5 Year Plan.
