Deadline. Voluntary compliance is mandatory. What if I fail the deadline and decide to make up by paying $500? Will the anointed One forgive me?

I am a socialist, I have no friends, just people I pretend to accept in my orbit for the purposes of reporting on their activities to the state. I also do not have $5. Perhaps this entire tweet is some kind of spoof or a ruse to lure counter-revolutionaries into revealing themselves. Do not fall for it.
