Anchor an old ship with no crew for sleeping. Charge a fee to take them to shore and back again[ round trips only. Food and drink will be available from machines. Laundry available from machines.
Showers may be purchases. The motto is: if you need it, bring it with you!

This will prevent them from becoming "contaminated" by Western culture and freedom.

There is a crew but just a bunch of drunken sailors, perhaps we anchor at Gitmo and use the vessel for the sheep wives and goat wives, the sailors will know how to handle them.

I was fortunate to have this photo sent to myself. This is an eager family member (I am wondering if this is an "underwife" to Mrs. Al?) waiting and hopeful to have a visit with unsuspecting freedom fighter?
