I'm not a lawyer but it did occur to me that the left might file a few weak lawsuits of their own in an effort to establish precedent. I have no idea if this is possible but after the chicanery of the last year my head is swimming with possible underhanded tactics to head off challenges.

I happen to think that Obama's dressing down of the Supreme Court was a very calculated move in advance of several of his policies. His intention is to make them a public enemy so that any decision they come down with that does not jive with Obama's agenda will be made political and lose legitimacy.

While working in the gulag earlier, my hearing assistant aid, unknown to me and at my appalled shocked, picked up the shrieking of that evil capitalist, Rush Limbaugh?... Limberger? The peoples of Connecticut are brilliant, smart and educated voters for having sent her to Congress.
