Yes, Panem, in the WLOAP, on next Tuesday’s every OAP is issued a second helping of nothing, and enjoy it. Enjoying nothing antagonizes the guards, something that makes the nothing taste so much sweeter. Especially, later on, in replays of figments of imagination, when all the socialist candles are lit so we can see at night.

There is an archipelago of TPC Underground Bunker Waffle Houses connecting members of the World's Largest Open Air Prison system, if a comrade is listed as logged-in to the TPC computer system. Nothing is more enjoyable, there.

This is the most liberating open air prison I've ever been incarcerated within. I can even leave to visit other open air prisons.
