To paraphrase Mark Steyn, this money would be put to a better use if he throws them in the air. Then there's at least some chance that the wind will change direction and part of the money will land on dry surface, where there is also some chance that it'll be picked up by someone who can actually put it to good use.

I denounce Obama. He is no different than the Czar who taxed the peasants only to redistribute their money to his aristocratic friends and to increase the size of his royal court.
